i remember seeing jay chou at garden city hotpot. The night before the concert and I was sitting beside his table. Looked like a scrub who wore a toque and did not shave security guards everywhere too hahahha
"It's called Sex Panther by Odeon. It's illegal in nine countries... Yep, it's made with bits of real panther, so you know it's good ... They've done studies, you know. 60% of the time it works, every time. "
Sorry to those that dont understand but I dont either but I like the sound of the music and the MV
Heck I like korean music too and dont understand the language! Its good to be open minded to other sorts of music you never know you just might like it.
I hope there is an Initial D 2 movie as there is never enough car movies!
I don't understand mandarin, but I listen to a bunch of different language songs.
I like the tune, the beat, etc. There's so many English songs I like too, and have no idea what the song is about,
either cause the lyrics are just dumb (many clubbing type songs talking about getting high or party till you drop)
where the lyrics aren't supposed to matter anyway, or I'm personally bad with absorbing lyrics unless I really stop and really pay attention.
Jay Chou's songs have gone downhill for me for the past few albums.
He's at the point in his career where he's famous enough to know his CDs will sell regardless,
and he's "bored" and wants to experiment with new stuff. His last few albums have 1 "troll/clown/joke/square dancing" (as I like to call it)
song which is really but they are catchy. But seriously, if he put that in his debut album, he would probably lose a lot of fans.
Anyway, overall, he's still my favourite Chinese singer.
Many of his older albums, I liked over 70% of the songs in the album. Which is a pretty high ratio imo.
As there's many singers I listen to, where I get the album, and only enjoy like 3 or 4 songs.
