The Vancouver Police Department received some intelligence about the possibility of gang violence outside the Tiesto concert at the Pacific Coliseum Saturday. So there will be extra officers on duty to make sure that nothing happens. What I had heard is that some targeted gangsters had tickets to the event and that some of their enemies had planned to wait outside to see if they could scout out their targets
