Need your Input/ Help - Car Problem

Well today I started my 2003 G35 Sedan (Auto Transmission) and my Slip light and traction control light came on my dash and never turned off. Witch I thought was really weird so then after that I put my car in Reverse and my car Clunked in to gear that kind of got me worried. After this I put my car in drive and same think car Clunked in to gear . I then decided to drive my car slowly up my street to see what would happen . Every time the car would change gears it would clunk in to gear. Has anyone had a problem like this ? or does anyone know what might be the problem with my car.
