They're handy, and have really come down in price.
I've installed lots of them, but the recordings are
not admissible in court. (here in HK, anyway.....)
The 16-passenger mini buses that run on the roads
here are the most widespread users of these cams.
Some of those drivers are pretty scary, so I'm guessing
the cameras are as much to keep the drivers in line, as they
are for determining culpability.

My AFC gave me an ABS CEL code of LOL while at WOT!
