Help! I'm freezing here.

I have to house-sit for the weekend and the thermostat is totally foreign to me. My place still uses the mechanical dial one with ONE setting for temperature and another master control (on or off).

I'm sitting here freezing right now. Does anyone have a "Hunter Energy Monitor I" at home with an manual? How do I set this thing properly?

Thanks in advance. And happy new year everybody.

Top switches to "Auto" and "Heat", press green buttons to change temperature. Heater should turn on in 1-2 mins

I've been pressing and holding that mofo'. It keeps linking but doesn't nudge up.

^Not too sure but i think you had to change all the temperatures in each "Program" to whatever you want so it would keep a consistent temperature throughout

You have the switch to "heat" right, now you have to hold "prog" button, and speak into the mic with the desired temperature; eg: "Temperature, twenty-three degrees" let go of the "prog" button and there you have it.

I can't even find this model online anymore. There are only the newer ones online.

As stated above you have to press hold(don't hold it, just press it once) and then set the temperature, it will hold it to that temp...if the programming is interfering(it shouldn't) pull the batteries and put them back in
