I see the cameras are doing a fantastic job at stopping the offense from taking place.
ATS is the provider of red light and speed camera equipment for many states, and often their contract with the city, county or state stipulates that the yellow light timing may NOT be altered to aid in the reduction of red light offenses.
The yellow light timing changes are so effective at stopping red light runners that ATS fails to make a proffit at intersections where the timing changes are implemented.

Way to pay attention!

Why don't you go club some seal hunters or something? | The number of people who didn't run the light purely as a result of the camera is probably quite close to the number of people who didn't run it due to proper yellow light timing.
But we'll never know because in order to protect their profits, ATS says you can't alter the timing. They're putting their profits ahead of safety.
If a simple timing change reduces collisions and injuries/deaths to the point ATS can't make money... No, you don't want to see it that way.

I particularly like the last one in that video... goes straight thru, in the right turn only lane, on a red and gets schmucked.
