must've been one major clusterfuck in Richmond then
there was an accident about midway through Arthur Laing before 3pm today, heading towards Vancouver. Some older Impreza got rear ended or some shit, with the exhaust sitting on the floor. Took nearly 30 minutes to get over the bridge.
