I couldn't have a made a better post explaining the hockey portion of our whole trip better than what Krazynuck did. He chose the best pictures out of our collection and explained our story perfectly.
I'll just post the ones that he might have missed out on.
As you all know, our whole trip started off in Boston. The only touristy thing I wanted to do while I was in Boston was to catch a Celtics game and tour Fenway park which ya'll have seen pictures of in the OP. One of the things I wanted to do on this trip was to try to get a picture with Dan Murply aka Sportsnet Murph in every city
*disclaimer, sorry for the blurry pictures and me looking like a tool at times

We started off with a general 3 thumbs up with Dan Murphy in Boston

.
After the Boston leg of our journey we flew to Washington D.C. for a stopover before heading to Ft. Lauderdale. We were able to get some sight seeing before we got off the plane haha
We arrived in Ft. Lauderdale on the Sunday after the boston game and had to think of things to do before the game started on Monday night. Krazynuck decided that renting a car would be the best thing to do since Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation Florida is equivalent to our Langley.
HOLLERRRR we got a civic!
so with our pimp ride the first thing that came to mind was we're in florida, we have to see some gators. So krazynuck and me navigator'd our asses to the middle of nowhere to look at some alligators and to EAT them.
Oh lookie, we didnt go to a farm to look at alligators, we got to go out into the everglades in a fan boat
Our fan boat tour wasn't a disappoint as we got to see a couple wild alligators and a turtle missing its ninja capabilities.
part of the tour was that we got to hold a baby alligator
After our tour we decided to try the swamp sampler at the safari restuarant.
It consisted of Alligator Bites, Cat Fish, Frog Legs, and Fries.
With it being so sunny, and us coming from a winter environment Krazynuck lost on the vote and we sat outside to enjoy the sun. Krazynuck being white and in winter mode, burnt very easily so he was not pleased.
Alligator was delicious, everyone has to try it once!
After our gator tour, we decided we had to go to Miami beach to see what it's all about
The city itself wasn't really special, it was crowded with tourist and the buildings looked really run down on the main strip.
but the beach itself was amazing
At the game, Dan Murphy recognized Krazynuck and I and we got the second picture with him at the Panthers game
Now onto Tampa Bay, there really wasnt much touristy places we went to there as our stay was very short. But we managed to go to a Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives location called Danny's All American Diner.
The Owner Danny, and his wife were super hospitable, they kept us company the whole time we were there waiting for our food, and when the food came they let us eat and after we were done, came and chatted with us some more. The food was really delicious and cheap!
That was pretty much about it for Tampa bay with us.
while at the pre game skate, we managed to get another shot with Dan Murphy, he seemed to be getting comfortable with us.
Off to St. Louis were we were greeted with -10 degree weather. Its a different kind of cold in that city for sure.
Beatdownvictim suggested that we try out some of their BBQ there so we asked the locals which would be the best.
We were told Pappy's Smokehouse was the place to go, but we had to go early otherwise they would sell out.
So at 10:45am we arrived at Pappy's after a short 5 minute taxi ride from where we were staying.
They smoke their meat outside in a cooking trailer
Good thing we listened to the locals, because by 11:30am the line up was out the door and we would not have been able to get a seat inside the diner.
Nothing beats eating ribs at 11:00am in the morning for lunch
After lunch, we decided to burn off the calories by walking to the St. Louis arch was approximately 2.5 miles from where we were. The walk took us about an hour in -5 degree cold.
Once we got to the arch, we had to take the tour all the way up cause you just had to after the long ass walk haha
The view from inside the arch
Annnd here is the lost shot with Dan Murphy, notice no glass separating us now HAHAHAHA
Our last day in St. louis was a picture infront of the scottrade center because we forgot to take one on game day cause we rushed to the stadium with our award winning signs in our hand
