Batter is just almond flour or grinded steel cut oats (more carbs), flax seed, coconut flour, and un sweetened coconut flakes, chili flakes.

Toss diced chicken in egg wash then throw in batter until covered.

****edit you want to dice the chicken fairly small so you can just drop it into the small amount of oil and take it out right away

1 inch height of extra virgin coconut oil, flash fry just until batter is golden brown, took about 10-15 seconds of tossing chicken around the oil just lightly coating everything, then take out of the pan and place on baking tray and finish in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. (after drying chicken on paper towel for excess oil to come off)

then thats it.

toss in hot sauce.....

voila. semi Paleo Style fried chicken. Was. very. very. Tasty.

just made this. all i have to say is

hory fuck :eekthumb:

i also made the other guys tuna salad in a pita thing, but i left out the bean sprouts
thats for lunch tomorrow

Man as soon as I saw that post about pancakes I had to make some.

I don't remember the exact measurements because I was too excited to experiment with something but I combined about 4-5 scoops of protein powder (thought using chocolate would be cool so I did) coconut flour, and steel cut oats. Some splenda, 2 eggs and 1.5 tsps of baking powder. Add milk until has same consistency of pancake batter, lumpy is good! Add blue berries. Eat with zero sugar maple syrup.

SkinnyPupp 02-22-2012 05:15 PM

No it's a bunch of gyudon beef (if you have ever eaten at Yoshinoya you know what this tastes like) wrapped around a big bone, and then wrapped in bacon :sweetjesus:

SkinnyPupp 02-23-2012 05:46 AM

Like Ramen? How about a jumbo bowl with a double helping of pork, double garlic, double cabbage and sprouts, an egg, and some extra pork fat thrown on top

Speaking of pancakes I make one nearly every morning.

1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 cup quick oats
1 scoop of vanilla whey
Sugar free maple syrup
Tbsp of natural crunch peanut butter spread on top

I usually roll it up. Add a banana in the middle for a banana roll up for added carbs

Tonight dinner, for a total of about 4 bucks.
Preseasoned Costco Pork seared with Coconut oil
Yammers with some random seasoning
Asparagus baked with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

67g's protein in the pork according to costco's packaging.

fishball and chicken with japanese curry on brown rice.

first time i made it, i followed the direction on the box but found it too watery.
this time i tried it with half the water and it came out perfect.
