hrm that lens...would be good for downtown photowalk! |
I use it for my passport photo business. :p |
Looks like it's going to rain on Saturday (90% POP), but often if it's raining in Vancouver, it's not raining out in Ladner. I'm still planning on heading out though. High tide on Saturday will be at 6am & 2:15, so the best time to see the Snowys will be around those times as that's when they will be sitting closest to the dykes. |
I'll be going out to Boundary Bay if it's not too bad. 9am'ish. If anyone wants to play with some exotic glass, this is your chance! |
Boost, when are you heading out? ...and where are you going? Is the plan still 9am at Reifel? |
If the weather isn't too bad (i can handle a bit of rain), i'll be heading out to BB and get there at about 830 or earlier if i can. Yourself? |
As my religion forbids me to wake up early on weekends, I may head out around 10am. I'm heading out now to go to a late night meet at Tim Hortons on Marine Drive by the Burnaby Automall. Nikon lent me a V1 with the 10-100mm lens today, so I may bring that along and attach it to the 400mm f2.8 VR. :p |
Just heading out now, seems kinda dry if anyone wants to join. Will post about bird conditions at boundry bay when I get there. Posted via RS Mobile |
Anyone else out there now? |
I went out as you know, and it was a good day! Will post pictures when i get a chance to edit n stuff! edit: Posted one in the bird thread. Used Auto Tone in Lightroom, that's it! |
Three species of owls today! Posted via RS Mobile |
Pic's of all three, or it didn't happen! Thanks! |
Only got the Snowy and Short Eared. There was a Screecher apparently, but I didn't see it. I'm just leaving BB now. Posted via RS Mobile |
