So a couple months ago I got a 90 days driving ban for registering a FAIL (0.08 or over) and have registered for the responsible driver's program and still have to get the ignition interlock device installed on my car to get my license back.
Anybody know if I can still ride my motorcycle or I would not get my class 6 back at all until I go through a year with the ignition interlock device program for my car?
If you are prohibited from operating a motor vehicle unless it has an ignition interlock, then one could assume that a motorcycle counts as a motor vehicle. I'm sure the phone number or contact info on the paperwork you got for this process will answer this questoin. In the meantime, do what the paperwork tells you.
