Yeah, I'd guess that a tornado *could* touch down in Richmond, given the terrain. Since I lived in the midwestern USA once upon a time, I'd have pissed myself if I saw that.
damn, maybe this is the beginning warnings of 2012 the boat sinking.. this "tornado" like things, vancouver weather last week was nearly 5-10 degrees, now itall of the sudden dropped below 0 will snow lololololol

just remembered i saw one appear over coquitlam when i was driving home around October when i just got on the Mary Hill Bypass and before i was through it dissipated
