I saw them at tengs supermarket on victoria drive and east 33rd for like a dollar per pack

Thai red chilis? You can get them at Thrifty's in Port Moody, Famous Foods on Kingsway, and a lot of Safeway/Saveon/IGAs have them but not consistently so you'll have to check a few times.

TnT sells them.. but only in those packages...

Save on Foods sell them individual like other peppers... which is nice if you dont plan to use all of them..

**they do keep for a long time in the fridge...**
