We don't celebrate this whole monthly anniversary thing, and it's a date close to V Day anyway, we'll probably just combine the two, dinner and movie or something typical. She hates when I spend too much on her.

^same. Gf hates it when she knows how much I would spend on her, yet she knows sometimes its things she would actually want.

This year I have no plans yet but I plan on something surprising and presents that don't have much usefulness like flowers and stuff but meaningful. I usually give her useful gifts on our anniversaries and such but I guess v day is more representation. Idk just IMO

Approaching 7 years with the gf. She's on the other side of the world and won't be back till March, we don't really do much on valentines day, just go out for dinner. I'll send her an ecard or something virtual.

I have a large glass jar with a lid. I am going to create a mini landscape out of dirt/moss/stuff from the garden and either put in an origami flower(s) or some mini dinosaur figurines (she fucking LOVES dinosaurs). Heartfelt, medium amount of effort, minimal $$$ value.

Sounds like so much work. Just buy her jurassic park trilogy in bluray.

I'm prob just gonna get her a giant teddy bear and take her out to dinner. Nothing special..i love her everyday and i treat her the best i can each day. Nothing's gonna change just for "one" day. To me..it's vday EVERYDAY :)
