Personally instead of burning cars and what not... I'd rather punish the canucks team.

Idiots burn cars and loot.. but you think they would be smart enough to NOT buy anymore CANUCKS tickets...

it's sad, because in any hockey forum wars.. or NHL comments with a vancouver fan... they get flamed for being part of a city that burns down their city over a hockey game.... and that's going to follow us for a long time now....

You can't be serious, that's the most diluted comment I have ever heard.

You're suggesting, that an irrational drunken crowd should have put together a plan to cause the Canucks organization financial damage as revenge for coming in second in the NHL. By the way, there was a degree of rioting in Boston that night as well.

Y'all know that there was going to be a riot regardless if Vancouver won or lost eh? There is an element in our society that will use ANY excuse to cause trouble...and they were there to initiate something regardless of the outcome of the game.

That's exactly what I think too. However, had we won, then there would be a lot more people feeling good who would probably have tried to stop the few who wanted to start a riot as opposed to feeling crappy and joining in on the riot.

police found almost all riots...
