Pentax Q immaculate, only a couple months old and used a handful of times. I ordered it in early Dec 2011 and got it before Christmas 2011. Warranty is good till Dec 02, 2013. The shutter counter is 269 as per Jan 25, 2012. No receipt because I got it from a friend who work with Hoya directly. But I will write you an agreement to guarantee I will do the RMA for you if there is something wrong with this beautiful camera.
