Water proof rain paints non swishy

Some girl was bragging about her new lulu dog walker pants that dont get wet, so I was looking at what they had for men. Unfortunately they are either super gay wrinkly and thin (for jogging) or too tight for my comfort... or they have thigh/crotch vents... No thanks. I'm not looking to work up a crazy sweat just want to stay warm and dry walking the dog.
Aside from that MEC has waterproof pants but I think they all make the goretex swish swish sound that I want to aviod. Are there any other decent options out there?
A waterproof sweatpant would be awsome.

Doesn't UA have the storm line that's suppose to be waterproof?

[Edit] It says water resistant, not waterproof, worth a try maybe? Under Armour

Is it possible to have a waterproof garment that's not swishy?
Unless you wanna wear rubber

Eh I wear my goretex top and a water resistant pant would probally not be ideal as it would soak up everything thats shedding off my top layer. Hoping for water proof, but will try resistant if I have to.
