I assumed too it was in the US... but then that picture outside the McDonalds is a dead giveaway it's in the UK (Red brick homes + pedestrian crossing lamps) Castle Vale, Birmingham - Google Maps

meh let her wither away. If I was healthy kid the last thing i would want is for my mom to see this and stop feeding me my weekly mcdonalds. I hated whenever Mcdonalds got bad publicity as a kid because I had no money, and parents wouldn't give me money for Mcdonalds until they forgot about the news story they heard/article they read 
This bitch is ruining kids lives across the world.
