My internet down for 48 hours now. Provisioning problem. Their IT team still hasn't fixed it. Same response: IT team knows we are very busy and need to serve many customers.
Average wait time for call and/or callback is 30 to 120 min. Chinese still 30 min at least.
I can understand down time of few hours or even a full day. But 48 and counting. I think it's close to 54 now.
Used to be a big fan of Shaw. No more. I'm looking at telus soon.
