White Mazda Rear-ended Grandview Hwy and Skeena

Hey bud, saw you get rear ended. I was in the black bmw turning left in front of you.

You seemed to have everything in control with your camera out and everything, and it seems like a clean cut case.

Although if you need a witness for some reason, PM me and i'll provide you with my name and number.

Hope everything goes well.

Why didn't you pull over and gave them your name and number there?

I love how you posted here so everyone will think you're a good guy and will give you thanks or something.

The chances of him being on here is like 0.001%.

Yeah.

Just pull right over on Grandview Highway, get out of your car and have a chat with the guy smack in the middle of rush hour on Friday.

Why not take the guy out for coffee at McDonald's while you're at it too? It's just a few blocks away. No biggie.

I'm pretty sure you'd want a witness to stop and gave you their info if you got into an accident.

Only takes a few minutes to just pull over and say "If you need a witness, this is my name and number". A few minutes of your time can be a huge help for someone.

If you really want to help you can just call in to ICBC. They will match up the description with the accident/claim.

It really depends on whether he was turning left ONTO Grandview highway from Skeena or onto Skeena from Grandview...

I appreciate you reminding everyone that your stance on the issue is the most ideal but really, we live in a busy and chaotic world. We have things on our minds, places to go, people to see, things to do. People aren't going to just stop and say, "Hey pal, let me help you out here." I would like to believe that and I've done it before but we can't expect people to just do that. It's almost naive to think otherwise.

OP posted after the fact and now people are going off about how he should have taken the time to pull over and give his info as such. Can't wait to see the amount of fails OP is going to get. But hey, hind sight is 20/20, right?

And that's life. Shit happens and you gotta roll with the punches.

Unfortunately I was on my way to an ultrasound appointment, and given rush hour traffic, I was already late.

Fair chance, modded white mazda 3 hopeuflly he is on here or at least if a buddy sees it, they can refer him here. I'd appreciate if someone did this for me if I got in an accident. Just trying to help out since I couldn't stop there for him. =\

Don'y really care about thanks/fails. As you can see under my username, I barely post, and I don't have many thanks/fails, and it doesn't change the way I live my life.
Again, just trying to help a guy out if he needed a witness. Most rear end cases are clear cut, witness won't matter as the person in the back is almost 100% of the time at 100% fault. But if there is some complications, I'm willing to give the guy a hand.

Can you describe what kind of mods? It may be one of our members and I could pass the information on.

I still don't get why you kept saying you wanted to help yet you are not willing to call ICBC. If you really do want to help, call ICBC and tell them what you saw which would 100% help. You probably have less then 5% chance of helping by posting this on Revscene. For god's sake it would probably take you less time then posting this thread and coming back to defend your decision.
