need quote for potential oil pan leakage

my car ('02 civic SIR- ep3) is leaking oil. I found some drips lastnight after I pulled out of a parking stall. Not sure if the drainage bolt is just loose , or if the pan's leaking... Either way, I have no jack and it's lowered, so it's hard to see. If it is an oil pan issue, can I get a quote, and if it is just the bolt, I would still like to bring it in to be checked out and tightened (obviously, will pay for your time). If I can get a quote or if anyone can recommend an HONEST shop (don't want to be told the pan needs replacing if it's just a bolt loose), close by for both things, I'd appreciate it. I am located in New West.
