This is more of a White Knight kind of thread, with a few poor saps sprinkled in who just want pics of their car.
Would cool if one of the top dog photographers on the board, would come out to a potennial meets like this, and give the newbs some tips and pointers. I know I could use some! That would be win/win. People get pics of their cars, and newbs learn how to take the lens cap off  | |

That's why I think it would be cool to have some of the more veteran photogs come out, and share some of that sweet, sweet knowledge. Not just with you, but with anyone else who might be interested.
I think people DO and WILL start taking you seriously. Just remember, a girl that has a legitimate interest in cars, enough to want to photograph them, is EXTREMELY rare. To the point where people get excited, and have no idea how to react  Give the site a chance  | |

We had several of these meets for RSers to meet and gather and shoot cars, share tips and advice, try out equipment, etc. You just have to check the Photography subforum more often!

tofu, I recommend coming to the casual car meets posted in the unofficial car meet forum. Practice Practice Practice. Remember guys, we all started as noobie photographers at one time or another. Its how we use our experiences to get better at what we do. That's my wise yoda thoughts of the day.
