Also fully built to LEED environmental standards, so yeah, there's a lotta money in this place. "Live" roof, herb garden, waste containment, the whole bit.

I think Cactus is backed by a handful of people.
But the face that had the idea behind Cactus is Richard Jaffray.
I think I read that Cactus is related to Earls and Browns SocialHouse. (Related in terms of financial backing).
