Where to fix dress pants?

I'm not sure if it's even possible to get this fixed but because it's really my favorite dress pants, I was wondering if you guys know any places that can fix this rip pictured below:



Appreciate any help.

go to the back of levi's the one at metro! Theres this vietnamese/chinese guy(I cant really tell since his accent is vietnamese but he spoke chinese before) and hes really good! he tailored all my suits and pants. I don't know if he can fix a rip but he is really good and he is cheap too
