Tempted to sign up, but won't they just try to push a sale on you? Or is it strictly a test drive then you're good to go no strings attached?

swfk 03-05-2012 11:06 PM

Noooo they don't have Fiats anymore. Do want to try the SRT but highly doubting that they'll allow test drives for SRTs

mercyboy 03-05-2012 11:18 PM

i sign up but do you just go there or they call you :heckno:

JayEch 03-05-2012 11:21 PM

^ they call you and in my case and a friends, twice... haha. im sure its worth the 50 tho

TRDood 03-05-2012 11:26 PM

Chrysler head office (they call themselves concierge) called me first and said he booked me in for a "VIP" test drive. Then some manager at Marine Chrysler called me asking what car I'd like to drive. All within 5 minutes of each other.

optiblue 03-05-2012 11:40 PM

Anyone get the gas card? Tempted, but I'm sure they'll try and push sales.

I like free stuff as much as the next guy, but I have to admit I feel bad for the salespeople who are going to end up wasting their time on this.

FerrariEnzo 03-06-2012 01:55 AM

signed up for the Grand Cherokee :okay:

man instead of just test driving, can I say, "Hey im just here for the gas card, you want to just give it to me and skip the test drive"

Doubl3_H 03-06-2012 05:45 AM

They don't just give you the gas card, after the test drive they suppose to give you a code that you have to fill out another form online, then they mail you the gas card.

hotjoint 03-06-2012 06:42 AM

Signed up. Will book my test drive tomorrow.

i-VTEC 03-06-2012 08:29 AM

Im the OP but I just signed up haha

Test Drive a 200 tmr, Just like everyone else, I'm mostly in for the $50 Gas Card.

Most likely not considering an American Car, however, if I have to, Ford would be the choice.

The new 2013 Dodge Dart is actually pretty cool, too bad they don't have that yet

*** BUMP for this, for Revscene Community to benefit this ***

Gridlock 03-06-2012 08:56 AM

Oh come on guys. Are you this hard up for $50 that you are willing to fuck up a guys day pretending to be remotely interested in a car that you have no intention to buy?

When they market this idea, they already know people were interested only for the $50 Gas Card. And let just say, 1000 people signed up, thats 50K, to Chrysler Company its nothing. Probably the same price they would have to pay for commercial on TV. But this is better way of advertise and educate about their cars and to change people image.

Im actually really interested and would consider a Dodge Dart, too bad they don't have it until 2013

:accepted:

roastpuff 03-06-2012 09:05 AM

^yeah I'm actually interested in the updated Charger. I drove a 300 and was actually quite impressed by it... I would definitely consider one.

Doesn't say anything about having a N or Class 5 ? Unless I missed something pretty big on the site.

Anyways, booked my drive for Carter Chrysler with a Challenger ! Wish I could do the Fiat Abrath if I'd known :okay:

swfk 03-06-2012 09:46 AM

Drove the Challenger 3.6 cuz SRTs require a deposit. Loaded with features but the power was absent. Nothing really happens until you hit higher revs. But you can't! 5 speed with really long gearing. Not sure if srs from the dealer but they said you have to print out some code to claim the $50
