It was in Brazil, happened last month, and from what I read no charges have been laid to either.
The backstory was that he was lanesplitting and may or may not have hit her car at a red light a block or so back (no witnesses have come forward). She catches up to him and cusses him out, he responds by kicking her car and she loses it.
