I thought LTE is also 6gb/$30 like regular data on rogers?

It's actually not that bad for the 2GB plan. LTE is MUCH MUCH faster than HSPA+. With Telus LTE I got 27MBPS for download. I think Rogers hits 40's sometimes and the coverage is basically the whole GVA atm compared to just Vancouver for Bellus.

EDIT: On Bell/Telus LTE does not cost extra and is not a separate add on like it is on Rogers. If your phone/sim card/area is supported by LTE, you will be downloading at LTE speeds.

I could see LTE good for loading videos but that's it. Mostly downloading apps or what not are done at home on Wi-Fi...

They really want to shove everything into one thing..

??? For Rogers 6GB data is same as LTE data if your phone supports it (example SG2 LTE). It also depends in the area your in as well, I remember Shemecar linked a map before.

From what i've heard, if you have the original 30$ 6GB plan it won't just be as simple as popping in an LTE sim card to an LTE device, you need to switch to an actual LTE plan which is a different code in their system.

That being said, I was able to get Rogers to switch me over to the $30 6GB LTE plan a couple days ago without any hassles...

Hmm..a bit disappointed.

Things that seem good:
- Build quality (Gorilla glass 2), design (no more rear hump), thinness & weight, similar to Gnex design (I'm a fan)
- Bigger battery (2100mah)
- Software gesture control that seems pretty useful but gimmicky
- NFC that actually turns on wifi-direct for file transfers
- Expandable memory

The Bad:
- Pentile...was expecting samoled hd plus
- No mention of zero shutter lag (lag was huge on the sgs2; Nexus is so much better to use) or improved aperture for camera
- No notification led
- Still using hardware buttons and not embracing the move to on-screen ics style buttons
- Touchwiz (but of course that was expected)

Overall, I'm not sure this thing is hands-down better than the HTC One X and kind of got crushed a bit by its own hype.

What do you mean? She mentioned and showed the 0 shutter lag 3.3fps on the video?...

This is basically an evolution of the Galaxy Nexus.

Not really impressed. It has a nice camera and some kinda eye recognition technology but nothing mind blowing. The wireless charging isn't new either. Will hang onto current S2.
One thing is for certain though. Their new effort on enterprise level encryption is going to be the final nail in the RIM coffin.
