as i 100% agree with you, depends on the cars purpose. if he has plans to drift i would not suggest a legit kit.

I've heard nothing but good things about rocketz, unless you count the knock off hating richmond residents with rich uncles buying $7200 wheel sets for their (insert car here) from overseas

realisticlly, if you like the kit, go for it, if you have problems fitting it, you'll see why you paid 1/5 of the price of the buddy club authentic kit that timpo posted 3 pages back.

opinions are like assholes, the gay ones take dicks. so do what you want, get the fair priced rocketz kit and make your car look different than every other shitty S13 out there (and I say that as a proud shitty S13 owner)

post pics when done!

i say their stuff is hit or miss. i had a customer come in with a 2000 celica and they had the replica veilside front bumper cover and it fit like an ebay item... but on the other hand ive seen their stuff fit pretty decent.

Holy crap who cares! The guy needs a new bumper anyway, who cares if it's JDM, replica, OEM, AERO, fake, real, CF, poly, fiberglass. It's just a bunch of plastic pieces, come on people.

And what do you care if his car is fast or slow. Who are you to dictate how fast his car is supposed to be vs what his car looks like? Shit, it's like we've stepped back into the fast and furious 2000's here!

This.
At least I ain't one of those people that have mommy and daddy buy them their car (Skyline for example), slap an N sign on it and crash it trying to make a left turn.

My ride is fast enough for me.

as long as you don't put a huge wing on it then i would say go for the body kit and a half decent white paint job.

Don't mind people hating. Just buy whatever you like. Otherwise, you're just buying stuff that looks good to others, but not necessarily to you.

The real question is, what do *you* want to buy?

I just need to fix the body up and get a new paint job and call it a day. Like I said, I ain't looking to spend a lot of dough on this ride. Just enough to make it look decent for the summer. I'm removing the gay spoiler anyways.

I pm'd you as well.

Probably.

But also probably easier to get this shady ass bumper to fit, than finding legit Hot Road.
Except it wont look right without the Hot Road Sides.
Shitty.
