If the highway was empty and he was all alone, this video wouldn't bother me at all.
But doing that mid-day, weaving and threading BETWEEN cars? He should be punished big time.

Canadian justice system is so fucking pathetic he won't be found guilty of anything or face any serious repercussions. He's doing it all for laughs. He was very well known to police before he did this. He did this knowing he'd get away with it because the cops can't do anything about it.
Instead they'll crack down and rape anyone on two wheels all summer, and collect thousands and thousands of fines from people who actually have something to lose. And he'll keep riding his uninsured bike, with no license, and not a single fuck will be given. Sad.

This guy was flying. I saw him by Thetis lake at 1:02 while I was going the other way.
