Indilinx or Sandforce or other?

Building a new system with 120/128gb SSD for gaming.
Came across the vertex4 that is selling for $191 and Adata SX900 for $161 (with free 4GB DDR3 ram), which one is better in terms of performance and value. I read about good things about the indilinx, but whether it is significant or not?

As for the Adata, find out exactly what the flash modules are
