I notice it has been happening a few times lately. Each time, only out for like 1-3 minutes.

not a bad time to switch to telus' new 50mbps down 10 up connection.
it's sustained unlike shaw and it's possible to get better than advertised speeds....best of all caps are not enforced.

I can get a sustained 50mbps connection from Shaw and it hardly ever goes down

There is an issue with Shaw servers nation wide

Shaw is trying to resolve the issue as we speak

Past 2 weeks shaws been face rolling me with speeds of ~.25mb up/down

I'm Vancouver, same issues here with Youtube and a few other sites. So annoyed.

some sites loading instantly, others wont even load at all.

Shaw should give customers a credit on their bill for this. It's affecting many customers national wide.

slow loading pages, yet speedtest says the speeds are fine...

I wish shaw would give customers credit even if it was a dollar.

reason why some sites are working fast and others arent has to do with which servers your connections are going through

@Leetastic you should def call in and let them know, see what they can do because they dont know when your individual speeds are lower than your actual plan, but try doing a powercycle first

Slow as fuck here in killarney area since 6pm...only to some sites mostly US ones

Same slow as fuark in the victoria dr. area

cant load shit except for revscene, youtube, and facebook
have to access online content for a test tomorrow too...fml
