Fuckers like this shouldn't be imprisoned or rehabilitated. This would impose a further financial burden on society. If it was up to me, all criminals with clean blood would be permanently strapped up and made permanent blood transfusion donors like the humans in The Matrix. Those with diseases would be used as slaves in assembly line warehouses to produce everyday household goods with non stop political propaganda being played in the factory. Alternately, they could be freely used for drug testing in clinical trials of new medicines!

So are these people covered by ICBC? I had my tires slashed a year or 2 ago and ICBC didn't cover. They said tire damage is not under their policy b/c anyone with bald tires can take advantage of them.

Yes it's covered under comprehensive if it's proven it was vandalism. But ICBC will deduct depreciation from the cost of the replacement tires. So someone with bald tires won't get a brand new set.

Those kids light fires, not slash tires.
