A tire slashing spree in Burnaby, near Gaglardi way and Lougheed Highway
 

A news article about a person or a group of people who slashed all four tires on over one hundred vehicles. The vehicles were parked inside underground parking lots of four condominum complexes near Gaglardi and Lougheed Highway.

Karma is gonna catch up to these criminals!

How did they get into those condo parking lot in the first place?

^Probably with people not watching the gate close before they drive off. YOu won't believe the amount of people who do that and then they complain how their car got broken into. IDIOTS!

But the good thing is a lot of concierges will catch it nowadays and have strata fine them. Cameras are everywhere..I don't know how they think they can get away with it.

But in this case, from what I know a lot of the complexes there don't have much security as they are older buildings. Or maybe kids with too much time on their hands. Whatever it is, hope the owners get justice.

If its the same place I am thinking, those condos don't have a gate, its basically an open underground parking lot. Place has little lighting and a billion entry points.

News 1130 needs to re run the story about the kid that did similar thing in surrey and his fate.

over 100 cars, almost all 4 tires each car, that's at least 400 tires to replace, towing and giving rental cars to each insured car = icbc rates go up in the coming years :fuuuuu:

i would be suspicious of local tire shops, people don't just go slashing tires for fun especially over 100 cars thats alot of work.
