How to wash or detail a matte white vinyl car?

I am getting a new body kit for my car, instead of paying to paint the parts, I think covering the whole car with matte white vinyls will save a bit of money. People say it's pain in the ass to wash matte colour and no way it can go into the auto car wash.

How do I wash a car like this?

Chemical Guys Meticulous Matte Detailer, check eshine or SWISSVAX Pre-Cleaner Opaque and the SWISSVAX Opaque Premium Wax. Have the Opaque wax on, then you can maintain with regular soap.

I have seen someone use duragloss 501 on matte strips too.

Here is a writeup by Clark from Polished Bliss in the UK detailing a matte black car. He is arguably one of the top detailers in the world so his methods are worth taking note of.

And another write up. This time by Miglior Detailing. Also out of the UK.

A few more bits from another forum...

Any quality brand name carwash soap will work.
It is better if you can be sure it does not contain any butyl surfactants in it, however, that requires having and reading an MSDS to know.

The key would be to incorporate a regiment that would reduce touching of the vehicle to bare minimum. Powerwash pre-rinse > Grit-Guard > free-flushing sponge > Leaf blower > light QD with extremely soft towels
