Disputing speeding ticket from other parts of BC
When you get a speeding ticket from other part of BC, such as up north. If you dispute the ticket do you have to go to a court near where the offense occurred? Or can you do it at your local court?

Does the provincial court hearing location field need to be filled? The officer didn't fill it out

Dispute the VT as indicated on the back of your blue copy and they will tell you the court location where your trial will be held.
