its fairly neutral. you notice the fresh smell for a couple days, and then it clears

How often do you have to use the spray once you used it the first time? Is it something you have to do often?

it depends on how you use your ac. if you let your ac run with air blowing thru it after you finished the ac, you do not have to use it as much. this is because the mold will not build up as much.

So, get a can of it, and run it. its worth it.

no. this is a refreshment of the vent system. The AC system builds up mould in the chambers. This kit sprays its product into the air of the car and the system sucks it in and then kills the mould. Ask anyone that has bought it. It works well. Its well worth the $20
