Ever eaten lobster sashimi or live Spot Prawns in a Japanese restaurant? It's still alive while you're eating it. No big deal.

I've had "Ikizukuri" in Japan, where a live fish is filleted and the sashimi prepared in front of you. The mouth is still moving.

I've actually had it before at that same place, it taste like chicken. I missed out on the place that serves Raw Chicken though.

I'll try anything once, as long as it's served properly. The restaurant in that video was featured on a popular TV show on the Food Network so they are credible enough for me.

I am pretty sure, the frog is DEAD. This is quite common, i'm very surprised you guys find it shocking. They usually put some sort of seasoning over it which contain salt and makes the muscles contract thus making it seem like it's alive.

Eating frogs is like eating other meats, we just aren't accustomed to it here.
