Yah, I know it was just wishful thinking. but still, I wondered if the M division would be able to pull a few tricks under their sleeves and produce a drivable na I6 for the street, with that type of horsepower.

also, with the sizing of the current F30 3-series, maybe they can create something totally different and make it small and lightweight that doesn't share much with the current 3-series. a la e30 M3.

My point was I dont think BMW M division want a 335 to outrun an M3 in any way. Everyone knows what an m3 can do on a track

At the end of the day, a 335i with $10,000 worth of mods will still be a 335i.

And the M3 will always be the M3.
