When I was in ST.petersburg there are litterally no rules on
The road or water, people were racing like 100+ from light to light with no regard for anyone else
Do they make it mandatory to have a dashcam? If so that would be rad for this country. Have insurance benefits and such added onto it. Also, russian street infrastructure looks so terrible. Some of the accidents you can barely see the lanes, street signs or lights. Might be quality issues though.
