Painting & Installing Cmod Grille?

Hey everyone. I posted this in the tech forum yesterday, but noticed that I didn't have a technical question to ask so I'm reposting it here and hopefully get a little more traffic.

I just ordered the Cmod mesh grille for my 2012 Sentra Spec V and it should be coming in a week or two.

While I'm waiting, I was just wondering what the best/cheapest place is for painting/installing the grille? Or if there is a cheaper DIY option like getting some sort of spray paint. For installation I don't own any tools to drill the holes myself. I am new to the scene (as you can tell from my RS account) and just purchased my car a few days ago, so I have little to no knowledge on anything hands on. Any tips and advice on where to go or what to do would be much appreciated!

Also, if there are any garage mechanics that see this and would like to help me out/teach me how to, I would be more than glad to learn.

Not a paint expert but I've painted my front lip before

Process:
-mask off area you don't want painted (so probably mesh area)
-spray 2 coats with primer parts you want painted
-spray 2-3 coats with spray paint you bought from paint store which is colour matched to your vehicle
(optional)-removing masked off area
-spray 2 coats entire grill OR only painted area with clear coat to protect paint and give gloss
