If you don't want to buy a ladder which is the right thing to do, go to Costco, and purchase 40 bags of white rice and build a pseudo-stair case.

Actually, looking at the picture again, it doesn't look difficult at all. A normal straight ladder should do.

thats not even high up.
ask one of your friends to borrow a ladder lol
if you live near me come pick one up lol haha im sure you can fit a 6' ladder if you got small sedan or coupe

I'm not sure the recommendation of a LED bulb is a good one. The technology is still not very mature yet, and although they claim to have a very long lifespan, there are many that fail well before expected. I've also heard of some LED bulbs that start to get dimmer and dimmer the more it is used.

Well, I have a 24' ladder that you can borrow...it folds so it can go in a car. I've gotten into some pretty crazy places with it, so it might work.
