It's more than just Clowe making the decision. His wife is definitely gonna have an influence on where he will be playing after the trade deadline.
If wifey and daughter want to stay on the West Coast, perhaps Vancouver is his destination. 
-gonna follow Clowe on Twitter right now to see if he is tweeting any sort of information about what team he decides to play for.

I feel Sharks like the NYR trade better but if Clowe were to decide and knows that Vancouver is in the mix, I think he will pick the Canucks..imo

I dont know why we would trade raymond for any type of prospect or pick. We need raymond for The playoffs and if it means losing him for nothing on the off season so be it.

@RealKyper: Look for #Rangers to dump some $ before 3pm. The plan is 2 extend Clowe at some pt and parameters r understood for a new deal. #TradeTracker

So Clowe chose NYR because he knew he would get re-signed, while we don't have cap space to do so
Makes sense, they might actually try and sign him now
