lol at people that blame the goalie for the loss.. it's a team effort..
on the 2nd goal..he had to go down to track the puck up close. There's no way a goalie would be able to track the puck standing up with so many players standing near him

The players are not the one to blame, look at the hits being thrown tonight. It's the style and the lines we play are shitty. Same old shit.
SJ still would have won regardless.

I wouldn't blame him entirely for the 2nd goal.
It was a scramble and the puck got knocked to the slot when he was trying to cover it.
Plus there was a body as well impeding him from getting across.

Canucks didn't lose because of Luongo. There was no offensive presence at all tonight. Shots were being thrown at the net but they weren't scoring chances.
Kassian looks so slow out there. Bring back Schroeder!

not lu's fault we lost this game. he kept us in it at the start. the 2nd goal wasn't even the back breaker, the 3rd one was. its also those kind of goals that will continue to cement his legacy here which is that he cannot come up with "that save" when the team needs it. its also not how you start but how you finish that defines you.
not sure if schneids is ready to step in or if luongo will get a chance for redemption. either way the TEAM needs to step up big time because 20 minute efforts will not win you shit.

2nd and 3rd goal is definitely Luongo to blame. On the other hand, the team didn't play well tonight with tons of defensive breakdowns and lack of pressure on the offensive zone. Next game is a must-win, you can kiss this series goodbye if we are down 2-0, heading to SJ.
