I picked up the $50 job on Dealextreme.com I bought two actually for the odd time I have a passenger. It's great for solo rides, you can throw on some tunes and just enjoy the ride and answer your phone when your wanted. I've never tried the genuine ones, but this seems to works great.

guys, the SMH10 is amazing bhowever, it's not cheap
1) do you need it to be 900 ft?
2) do you need to pair with 10 people?
or are you doing it with just a gf
3) does it have music / phone
4) does it over ride when phone calls
5) can you fastforward music with the bluetooth?

i found osmething that's much cheaper and my friend has been using it and it's aweosme.

1) nope
2) pairs up to 4 people
3) yes it does have music, phone and intercom functionality
4) yes, the priority goes Phone Call -> Intercom -> Music
5) yes/no, depending what phone. on iphone you double tap and hold

its not cheap, but hey i paid 120 for my jawbone bluetooth headset a few years ago and its still running well today. infact i cheaped out before that and went through a couple headsets around 25-50 range...if i had done it over again, i wouldn't have cheapped out

if you need to pair it up to 4 people then you would need the SMH-10
I don't think all my friends will be on it, so i'm going to cheap out with the normal pair.

i know someone can pair up to 6 units which is sort of an over kill for me.

I used the Cardo Scala before and that was good. Only problem was that the battery was not replaceable.
My next choice was going to be the Sena.
