Sigh....I will keep an eye out in my local parks but shit: how many more 'lost dog' stories will we have to see before people finally realize that they should NEVER take off their dog's collar.........
I know it's the dumbest thing, but Tubbie was without a collar/dog tags when she escaped. My boy always has his dog tags on just in case shit like this ever happened. That said, the owner is not irresponsible and loves her dog to death. I know she'd be more than relieved if she could get Tubbie back.
