Where have you guys been buying your Pilot Super Sports? Wondering who has good prices locally or if it's still worth ordering from the USA.

MKII.2 brakes

As soon as I left Pick and Pull, realized I can't use the proportioning valve because it came off of a JDM MR2

Nothing a little custom plumbing can't fix. Regardless, I don't think it's a big deal. I'm still using my NA prop valve and it feels the same as it did before which means that it still locks up the fronts early. I wouldn't bother with an OEM prop valve. If you are going to swap it out, get a proper adjustable one from summit/jegs, etc...

GS400:
Bought SG's old Teins. Waiting for Summer.

At an impasse with the MR2.

Not sure if I want to do a full winter build, orrrrr... keep it as is and just do power. Probably wheels.

I'm on Summer #2 with this car, and it's nearly over. I've been way more concentrated on just driving it than modifying/upgrading it, apart from the little things I did here and there.

I need a hoon-car, or a car that looks like I'm hooning. I'm talking widebody/big wing track car for the street kinda bullshit. I need rice, and I need to do it before I look too old to pull off a boy racer car.

I Don't know. Sometimes I want to sell the car, but I know some kid is going to crash it, or ruin it. The only reason I would sell it, is if I needed the space for a Supra/NSX/Corvette. And even then, I'd only sell it to some old guy who had one new back in 91, and wanted one again. Or someone who has one, and won't ruin this one.

Orr I get another S-Chassis and ruin a Nissan nobody actually cares about.

You might ask: What spurred on this feeling? I drove the GS400 in the rain with Traction control off today. I missed hooning in a RWD boat. One handed steering input like a sir, with the foot down. Spraying rain and tiny pebbles at the unfortunate souls waiting for the bus. Never lift.

I should probably just get an X100 Mark II and be happy.
Or an Aristo + R154 to match my GS400.

Never liked Skylines.

Only one I would buy, is an R32 GTR.
Really liked the R33 GTR. Then I saw one in person, and meh.

Then I saw R34's and still, nothing. Pickle was not tickled.

Plus, JZX100. Pillarless doors. Ungh.

I have HPS too.
love them.

1 day at mission, from 99% down to 35% tho
they dont last long especially for a brake heavy course... experienced brake fade near the end of the day after 10mins into the heat.

daily driving, pretty solid

^^Agree that HPS don't last long at the track/autox...best to go HP+ for that.

Picked up a tactrix openport 2.0.
