Issue: The reason for the low price point is due to the monitor being broken and needing replacement. However, this can be averted through connecting this to another monitor, or using an HDMI cable to connect to your television. Also, there is a damaged USB port on the right side. The costs to fix the monitor is $145 dollars quoted by Sean Kwon @ NCIX in Coquitlam. Purchased for $1,550 from NCIX in 2010 with original receipts and with 9 months left on the warranty from ASUS manufacturer.
