the hackers can also easily change the rogue DNS servers to point the link DNS Changer Check-Up - Clean to a different IP address. therefore making the authenticity of that website questionable.

a better idea would have been to use that websites IP address instead of a domain name..

an analogy of this would be using a phone book that may have been compromised to lookup a phone number that tells you whether said phone book has been compromised. doesn't make sense does it?
