I come from a white-collar, yuppie perspective so take this with a grain of salt: class is the most important thing to acquire, in my opinion.
My coworker, who is in his 40s, has fucked probably close to 100 women in his lifetime. He doesn't make a ton of money (in the low 80s) and he still lives at home, but he's educated (PhD) and he carries himself with a high degree of class.
On a final note, you really should be comfortable with the type of guy you are once in you hit 30. As long as you're true to yourself, women will sense this and come.
