Mine are the Spyridions that were $145 tax in. They are a little 'fancier' than some of the others so cost more. The ones that would be great for lifting are about $100. Personal trainer I know wears em when lifting and recommends them.

Any suggestions on what to wear when jogging/oga?

I am using a par of Nike Free when jogging which is fine but as far as clothing goes I am just wearing regular T-shirt (mostly from threadless). Shorts just regular shorts you can get at chapms, footlocker (usually is buy one get one 50%). I find the lenight of the shorts to be a bit long (same lenght as Jordon's).

Any suggestions?

Well this is the first thing I thought of in regards to yoga pants.
training pant ii | men's pants | lululemon athletica
post surf pant (regular) | men's pants | lululemon athletica

I've heard they're very comfortable, but perhaps a tad bit expensive?

^^ hmmm that's a bit expensive... I just came back from Champs got theirs buy one get one free promo on shorts and 2 T-shirts. Around $80 total. Should keep me happy for a while.

Honestly I think any T-shirt/shorts will do unless you are training hardcore. Most people like me should be fine with just regular stuff.

^well for me, the shirts have to be a softer material, breathable, and easy to slide off because after a sweaty workout some shirts tend to stick onto your skin and gets really hard to take off.

pants for me have to be stretchy and somewhat baggy so when i'm doing squats i don't suddenly get a rip on the way down

Wear any dri fit shirts as a base layer to wick away the sweat and dri fit shorts too. Does not matter what brand. Bigger brand name, more money unless you buy it on sale.
For instance, I bought a couple of under armour shirts at the outlet in Seattle for only $8 on clearance. Compared to paying $25 for the same shirt up here.
Just make sure it has a high polyester content.

figured since there was so much interest in Oly shoes, I'd post this here:

adidas Official Website | adidas CA

Ok, you guys that high bar squat ATG have no damn excuse now. It's $60!! People probably spend more on their spandex shirts and livestrong armbands. $$70 for the crossfit hybrid shoe in case you need to do your swinging pulls and snatches..

Click on the link and go to Mens>shoes>weightlifting

I've worn pretty much all the adidas oly shoes so shoot me with any questions. They are more narrow in the toe vs Nike, Dowins.

How's the power perfect 2 shoes compare to the power lift trainer shoes. I'm using the power lift trainers currently and I love them

The power lifts are good shoes if you are not a dedicated Oly lifter and need to use them for other purposes. You can get away with using the power lifts to perform lunges, plyo exercises as they're reasonably comfortable. I'd stick with them if your training log sounds something like a leg day, chest day, arm day, back day etc...

The Power Perfect have a true solid heel and not as forgiving. This is great if you do alot of Oly lifts or just squat routinely. Much more than the powerlifts which I find are way too soft for typical 2.5hr lifting sessions. Good enough if you do the Oly lifts every now and then.

So if you Oly lift and squat only occasionally, I'd stick with your power lifts.

Anyone know where I can get a pair of reliable wrist wraps preferably with a thumb loop? The one I was looking at was great, but it was $30.00 which, at this point, is a bit on the pricy side for me.

Most of my workout shirts are UA heatgear sleeveless Tshirts...
As for shorts.. i really like those UA basic shorts or Nike drifit shorts (softest shorts ever !!!)

Running shoes.. Saucony Triumph or progrids...
